- Venue Fee: $10.00 (OR, $15.00 FOR UNLIMITED ARCADE GAMES ALL NIGHT!)
- Melee Singles: $10.00 (CURRENT NJ RESIDENTS ONLY!!!)
- You must be a current resident of NJ.
- You must NEVER have been ranked on a state-wide power rankings for Super Smash Bros. Melee. (Honorable mention is fine). Keep in mind that this tournament is for players who have a desire to prove themselves. You have already proven yourself to be competent if you were/are ranked. Even if it was years ago.
- You must NEVER have won the NJ ARCADIAN in the past.

- You must not currently be ranked in the MIOM top 100
