noob question but is the venue fee still in effect if you just show up? or does it ally only if you enter a tournament as well. basically do they charge admission to even be there

Is this an actual tournament or a place to play? Btw I live in Anaheim. Someone should try doing tournaments or help somehow having tournaments at Phat Collectibles on t1201 S Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92804

I tired to convince them becasue I live really close to them but they said and probably not ever as them focus more on cards games. But I'm trying to start one up in anahiem at a library that has a rec room. So I'll keep this in mind
