Playing as Young Link (not older link) I always seem to have trouble with people who are really good with Ice Climbers. Me thinks the same may apply to the older link, it's just the way Ice Climbers have their moves. Their neutral b seems to negate alot of projectilse and the fact that there's two smashers messes up his close range attacks.

I really don't like the idea of what characters beat what though. Just depends how you play.

Nah, before that I made a thread in Meet & Greet talking about how not enough characters had black costume colors. And before that I mentioned in the thread "which characters did you not expect to be in Melee" how Wolf had seemed more likely to be unlockable than Falco based on the opening scene, and how Peach was wholly unexpected because the only game where she actually fought was Super Mario RPG.

Now my first post that was not a thread.

Marth is Peaches greatest counter. If you wanna Beat Marths, u have to be Patient against them. Marth like to come at u with speed and force. They wont give you a chance to breath. let them come to you but not all the time. May be to obvious.Also use many,many turnups. that will slow them down. use it and mix the turnups with a combo of your own.And dont down smash to much against them. That could leave u open. I fought many Marth before.
And i can be them unless their like gods and if they have better minds games than u but u should still have a chance. Let me know how is gos against Marths and write me back. good luck....................

You, good sir, are wrong. This "random person" got 5TH in a teams tournament with his brother at a tournament where there were advanced techniques. I couldn't even 4 stock him and I use Sheik and all you have to do in that matchup is backthrow>edgeguard and you win... vs Fox at least.

Lance, is obviously the best Peach ever. Anyone who doubts this is clearly the worst Peach and is just jealous of Lance's greatness!

They were trolling me about lance being the best, and I didnt know about trolling. =(

Just use the control you are the most comfortable with.

this is all thats needed to be said lol. i use the remote+ nunchaku, and yes it is weird and difficult to use at first, but it does work it just takes practice. wave smash can= the C stick for you IMO and a bit of customizing does make the controller work fine.
