Guess dis my last time posting about this, I know I look like a ***** (XD) trying to find a ride to SNES, but if anyone knows someone that would drive there, just ask, I'd really enjoy to go to SNES and bring my GF with me for one last time until I gotta leave her after the tourney, I'd be very happy to have her at the tourney which gives me 2 more days to be with her, so please if someone knows someone, ask S'il-vous=plait!

MSU has a decent Smash community for both Melee and Brawl, but of course and as always, UM is better :D

Ha. The gap is going to close a lot this year, at least in Melee. Football and basketball is going to be no different though.

Where is this? As far as I know I'm the only non-melee Smash player that uses Smashboards or AiB at MSU.

Correct. I wasn't aware of a big brawl community. I know RJ plays brawl and that's about it.

Thanks, and yes they are better but I'm a spartan now, so i got to hate UM. I'll be living on campus so let me know if you ever do anything smash related, or know of any good places to play around here.

Welcome to MSU. I'm sure you'll love it as East Lansing and the campus is great. Just bundle up in the winter because the walks in the cold aren't as fun. But walking in the cold is never fun.

Let's just say, last winter, there was a 2 week period where there was 10 inches of snow on the ground, and the temperature was around 0 degrees.... xD

I've already mentioned it to NoJ, but my car got overbooked because of Judge. So RareTruffle from California is coming to MI on train, around midnight tomorrow I think, to ride the rest of the way with me. Instead of some one sitting in the trunk, now I figure he can go with NoJ.

I was up at 7am because I had early morning class. 3 hours of lecture (and I skipped the 4th hour), 1 hour of lunch (which I'm currently on now), and then I have to go to a lab review session which entails me opening my dead human body to look at his various structures for the next 3 hours. And today is my shortest day of the week. Then I have to go home to memorize the material for tomorrow's dissection, and catch up on some histology. I'll probably have something around 2-4 hours of free time tonight after I get back. The rest will be spent studying.

So yes, **** your life. You have it so bad because you have to wake up at 8:30 in the morning to register. Nothing could be worse than that.

Round trip from OH to MA is $350... Greyhound tickets are $200 round trip from OH.... $120 is a very generous amount of gas money, but if someone like me were to pick him up that would add an extra 4 hours drive time to MI to pick him up and 4 more hours to drop him off. Combine that with the 11 hours to MA and back we're looking upwards of 30 hours in the car. Not counting stopping for gas etc. The trip would be about 1500 miles there and back, 20 mpg = 75 gallons of gas * $2.50 a gallon = $188 for gas alone. This doesn't include wear and tear on your car, the oil change you'll undoubtedly need upon your return, and giving the driver some extra money to thank him for driving 30 hours. Granted, if the gas money is split 4 or 5 ways it's like 50 bucks a person. Ally's a cool guy though, and he's bound to make money at the tourney regardless.
