And yes, that is 8-bit Dan. He's in the little new weapon cinematic where Megaman will show off his new weapon on Dan. Unfortunately, you never fight him.

That is how you pronounce it. Unless you're pretending to be Hispanic and put too much emphasis trilling the R. Or if you enunciate "Iss."
