Probably fake. But would you want Green Hill Zone to return. I do.

P:M Green Hill was pretty great. The moving platform kept the stage dynamic without being a big distraction/hazard.

I loved how the old stage was in the background too.

EDIT: I gots a stage wishlist:
-Magicant (Earthbound/Mother)
-Any of the mad awesome Kirby final boss levels. It'd be pretty cool to fly through Nova and fight there.
-Wario Land stage. Anywhere in the series. I don't care.
-Gangplank Galleon.
-The department store from Earthbound (just so Humoresque of a Little Dog can play.)
-Maybe a flying stage that travels through all of Eagleland, lol Earthbound has so many good stage possibilities.
-Bowser's Castle.
-Quick Man's Stage.
-Any Robot Master stage from Mega Man. There's so many good ones.
-Another F-Zero stage. Casino Palace from GX would be awesome.
-Returning Stages from Melee not in Brawl, specifically Fountain of Dreams.
-A new Yoshi stage.
-A new Star Fox stage.

As far as stages go, I would personally love to see some more variety in the stages, for some reason a lot of stages in brawl all felt like reskins to me. Melee did a good job of making ever stage different and unique, I hope to see that again.

Of course I would, it's Green Hill Zone! And no, as much as I like it, I don't want Green Hill Block from Project M, GHZ needs slopes.

Hopefully. But as they already have Jungle Japes, I imagine they'd want to base a DKC stage from DKCR or Tropical Freeze.

If King K. Rool, by a miracle, makes it in, Gang Plank Galleon on Wii U would be the best choice.

What are the chances that if Monday's reveal is Shulk that'd be on a Xenoblade Chronicles stage? Or would they cheap out and use arena/final destination? I'd love to see colony 9 as a stage.

New characters have had a reasonable amount of stages brought along with them in the past, and given if he did get in Xenoblade is a new franchise in Smash so having a stage developed to it wouldn't be all that odd to me.

They need to have a Bowser's Castle stage I am very shocked that hasn't been a stage yet. Stage hazards could conclude Bowser's minions coming and cause chaos! For example a thwomp can come in and smashing down of targeted opponents who ever comes in its way. Stage boss can be Bowser Jr. (Since we all know that his character spot is kind of gone.) he'll come in with his mini Clown car and throw down bombs maybe even trophies or items! Once someone delivers the final blow, he falls down and the whole thing explodes causing everyone (but the person who gave the blow) to be blown up in the process.

It may not be the best idea, but its something soo

Entrance animation I believe, like said earlier. The second one is the Kalos League.

I'm surprised Paper Mario has only been represented via trophies up to now. They were crazy enough to make Dr. Mario a playable character. I don't see why they haven't justified Paper Mario with a stage/assist trophy yet. Hell, I'd be happy with an item, but geez, give us something from Paper Mario.

You don't know how upset I was when I learned that...

If it can give you hope to at least get a music, I had a theory that SSE was bad for the general repping in brawl. It's now removed and I'm convinced that it has better repping. Smash run, rayman trophy and 4 fe rep is the best examples. I don't think there's any reason to get just trophies now.

Me too. A little less big than New Pork City but far more tilting than the pirate ship during the bad weather.

I like dynamic stages. Speaking of which, I hope too see another vertical scrolling stage, but not like Rumble Falls. The Infinite Glacier was better IMHO.

OK that's it. This game needs a stage now. I really haven't tough about that (I still like the theater more but really, that's a good one).

I didn't see it mentioned in this thread yet, but it appears that the Pokemon Wii U stage has been revealed:


The background is clearly the dragon lady's chamber from the Elite 4 from Pokemon X/Y. The dragon head, stained glass, dark lighting and most obviously, the pokeball emblems above the windows make it clear.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is considered Charizard's home stage, since he's (sort of) a dragon (until the Smash ball - then he's definitely a dragon). Then again, it could potentially be a transition stage that goes between the elite 4 rooms and maybe even the champion's chambers. Just a thought.

We've actually known about this stage since the April Direct.

I would say let it be a moving stage like the Pilot Wings and others but let it be Rougueport or maybe even you travel around the whole entire map maybe go to Keehaul key ? And The Great Tree And even Glitzville ! That be perfect!

Though it would be nice that we had a star fox stage that wasn't a ship maybe Dinosaur Planet from Adventures or Katina and for the stage boss the Mother ship will come from above and shoot lasers and when someone causes the final blow the ship falls down and blows up damaging everyone else in the process!
