The day Poke Floats becomes a stage in SSB4 is the day when world peace becomes a reality.

We are one step closer with this beautiful stage.

So, what am I missing? On the site, there used to be a link to the Mii board where Sakurai added his notes on the image. Sometimes, the link didn't show up. But now, the link is never there. It says just "this game image was taken by Sakurai during development." Once upon a time, I had the direct link to the Mii board, but I've lost it. If you don't have that link, how are you supposed to see his description?

There you go. That is where he's posting all of his stuff on miiverse. It's called the Director's Room. Click on any of the pictures to see the full posts, and look for a second post in the comments just in case.

I'm hoping for other Namco based stages, I wonder what the chances are for that

I notice Pac-Man doesn't have the red outline in the first picture but does in the second one so does the power pellot give you a red outline? If so I find that very pointless because if you're doing team battles and your on the red team with the outlines, all you have is the ghosts turning blue to let you know that you're good and honestly I think that's good enough.

I know that most of Pac-Man's moves originate from Pac-Land, but come on now. I'm always open to stages, but **** scrolling ones. Could we really not have gotten a Pac-Man World stage? Not even Pac-Man 2: The Adventures? It just looks like MS Paint: The Level. Sonic couldn't have gotten Pumpkin Hill either? Sakurai is a real *******.
All Sonic stages MUST be at least kind of like Green Hill Zone, just like all DK stages must be jungles. We don't want any original ideas happening in Smash Bros. Didn't you know?

Does anyone still care about Lost World? ****. City Escape, Pumpkin Hill, Casino Night Zone and Starlight Carnival are all infinitely better stages. DKC also has a lot of interesting stages to choose from, which Sakurai will continue to ignore.

It looks fun. **** all this "#BANNED" crap. I'm not particularly a pro player, but I'm also not a casual player. I can definitely see a few valid reasons why the casuals hate the tournament players. Not every stage has to be some variation of Battlefield.
Valid reason? You act like banning stages affect casuals somehow. Banning only applies to tournaments, last I checked.

Competitive players don't want to play on stages that have mechanics detracting from the actual fight during a tournament. How hard is that to understand? They still enjoy the crazy stages during friendlies. Big Blue is my all-time personal favorite. Besides, most of these #Banned comments are just trying to be funny.

what if city escape was just an extremely fast sidescrolling stage in which only sonic was fast enough to not get run over by the truck

I can't believe Sakurai had a whole week of decent pictures!!! Maybe he'll reveal something big next week, but I can't be sure because is the King of Trolls who we are dealing with...

I wonder...is there even a chance this stage could wind up a counterpick? Does its height ruin that? The solid platform in the middle? Because it seems like all getting a power pellet does is make you immune to the enemies for a little while, and they seem like no more match-defining of a hazard than, say, the Halberd's cannon.

It did get a pac-man level sir !
Wow. Even the Golden Fruit Tree from Pac-Man World 2 would've been a better choice than this.....thing. Really, it could've had Spooky's Theme and everything, but noooooooo.

OH what a dream that would be, but last I checked, :smashville:, PS1, :lylat:, sometimes::delfino:, :frigate:, :halberd:,and in the days of yore, :ps2:, :norfair: was legal in Brawl.
Also, how does the way competitive people affect how you (assuming that you aren't competitive) play? Does it irk you that we play a different style than you do? I hear a lot of people say we play the game wrong or something along those lines all the time and I say this, if there is an option to play as casually as possible, then there has to be an option to play as competitively as possible.

The real issue is that stupid circle build into the stage. Even in matches where I'll be messing around for fun I see people just running away. It's like it was perfectly built for circle camping.

No, I'm just saying stop complaining if a new stage isn't a slight variation of Battlefield.

Hardly anyone likes side-scrolling stages and all I said was something from other games would have been better. You're the one who needs to get over themselves. Even if I was whining, why do you care? I doubt you like the stage anymore than I do.

Wow. I can understand having a preference for different stages, but... some of you guys actually seem livid because you don't like stages in the game. That you may never even play. I pity that attitude.

Sigh...I remember when everyone was just excited for the game. I get it, not everyone likes the decisions made, but it's in the game so make the best of it. The Wii stage does look pretty bad (that's the original look), but I can't wait to try it.

Sakurai has taken a lot of the fans input, but when it comes to new additions he just has to do his best. All together I appreciate what he has done.

I don't know, there's something about this stage that feels... off. I don't know, it just looks to me like a bunch of platforms slapped together. I can see a regular stage formation if I look closely, but it just seems pretty odd. It still looks fun to play on, though.

Just curious, is there like a skype community for smashers? I am in one for other music producers but wanna talk to some smashers. Add me on skype if there are any groups for smash bros.

So, the enemies only appear vulnerable on YOUR screen, eh?

I sense a new meta... grab the Power Pellet, hide behind the enemies like they're a shield, and then smash through them when your enemy forgets you can.

One problem... you destroy them when you touch them.
