I never said anything about dropping out. I just want you to word it right so that when I bring up your loss 6 years from now there won't be any confusion anywhere.

So since you don't have a main, are we character locked?

I noticed the gamepad was desyncing on the menu screen during 8-player Smash. So banned.

Yeah, if you have a retail copy, don't ignore the day 1 update. You need it to go online anyways, so just download it.

I've already unlocked Kongo 64, PS2, and Smashville. I think I should have the rest of the stages when I arrive and hopefully all the fighters ready. Liking the game much better than 3DS, absolutely no comparison.

Also once you activate a c-stick move in the air, your aerial mobility is different.

Yes, the theory is that the mapped the Cstick to simply be a macro for the Smash attack input. Since they ported the game from the 3DS, this sounds to be true.

Anyway, don't have a Wii U so I'm grinding it out on the 3DS version for the next week. Gonna cop that Wii U deal from Best Buy next Friday. Also I think I'll be able to make it to Houston today.. Gamezz.

Smash 4 would have been a 3DS exclusive, but it was later changed to also be on the Wii U. Also, since the game was decided to have the same roster on both games, the 3DS version would inherently limit the options the Wii U could have, so that is why the ICs did not return and why no more transforming characters (which is good).

Not trying to start a fight, but has anyone noticed master orders unlocks custom moves SUPER fast.

The pause buffering home exploit on classic mode does not work at all on Wii U, but I can unlock 3 moves from a single 1 minute challenge on master orders. Its pretty awesome tbh.

I already transferred by favorite builds from 3DS, but wow master orders is fun anyone. Its like an infinite event mode and builds up gold fast for trophy rush or trophy shop or w/e.

Anyone wanting to get trophies fast, just go play trophy rush with megaman and up air EVERYTHING. I get 40+ trophies every time this way so its a great start for you.


edit: woah are you guys getting that cstick glitch on gamecubes too? i was hoping it was only on the wii u pro (we have no adapters here but i have like 6 pro controllers). in any case i can confirm major wireless interference for wii u pros.

Basically if you are HOLDING the cstick, the left analog stick is completely ignored. So for moving around with aerials make sure you FLICK the cstick, don't tilt or hold it. Flick and let go or you will be unable to move.

Alternatively, set the right analog stick to "attack" instead of "smash". This also lets you do nairs with the cstick by inputting a diagonal backwards and down.

Yeah, I figure Master Orders would be the fastest way to unlock most things such as custom moves and CDs.

Marth also does amazing in Trophy Rush. His utilt hitbox transfers over to the other boxes when they explode. So if you tip a box, all the boxes get tipped.

Just need the last two stages and the remaining fighters, and everything should be ready.

I got almost all the stages from event mode, but what am I missing? I got kongo, ps2, smashville

Kongo Jungle 64 - Clear the "The Original Heavy Weights" event in Event Match (single player). Number 1 on the Event Match Map.

Smashville - Clear the "Playing Tricks" event in Event Match (single player). Number 2 on the Event Match Map.

Pokemon Stadium 2 - Clear the "Lightning Strikes" event in Event Match (single player). Number 3 on the Event Match Map.

PAC-LAND - Play all the maps in Smash Tour.

Flat Zone X - Play alone as Mr. Game & Watch and destroy 100 blocks in a single game of Trophy Rush.

Duck Hunt - Get one or more KOs in a single Solo Cruel Smash.

The "hardest" one is the Duck Hunt stage, but you can cheese it by using the Kirby method. And don't forget about finishing all the maps on Smash Tour...
