If you're interested in Brawl you should check out /queensaki @youtube. Vids of the japanese from the stream are recorded and uploaded in pretty good quality. Unfortunately Rain vs Gnes isn't up there completely but I think Earth vs Gnes is.

every single thing that cheese dude tweeted on the genesis site was the worst thing ive ever heard, but hes some elitist *** who knows nothing but wifi brawl i hear.

yeah these results suck,i hope nobody has to travel to armadas butt**** country to prove they are the best in the world now. . .pal version is a joke

really surprised ally didnt win brawl i didnt watch but everyone said he was like beyond better than everyone else

M2k plays a top level mk
Adhd plays a top level diddy
Ally plays a top level Mk, Snake, Wario, Ice Climbers, and his falco looked pretty damn impressive.

Winning without mk is possible. Everyone also knows how to fight mk so many times the other characters are a better choice for use in tourney.

For example: Rain went mk vs Tearbear and lost first match but went Falco vs Tearbear 2nd match and won solidly.

Just because something is possible doesn't make it a good decision. If you lose once with MK and switch because you think you'll do better, then fair dos, but that doesn't change the fact that getting good with MK is clearly the most efficient way of increasing the edge you have over potential opponents.

That can be said for almost any fighting game's top tier character though. MK is clearly the dominate option especially with the US stage list.
