Maybe if you got 5th in tourneys before people got good like me, you could've been one of the first. However you may have also guilt-tripped yourself into thinking you only got there being at the right place at the right time and really didn't deserve it so you quit.

The name is a texture file so I assume so.

Anyway I may post actual matches of this Rarth thing later. It'll be ridiculous hitstun game since this Rarth was made for it so he might be overly suckish in vBrawl or **** everyone tier, IDK yet.

But Rarth code isn't out yet so yeah...

Note person playing Rarth doesn't play any FE characters to my knowledge.

Define best. Also, Nair doesn't shut down the metagames of entire characters. It's more effective than Fair vs. larger characters but less vs smaller characters (and MK, lmao). However, I think it's kinda pointless to determine which is better. There are too many categories to compare in. I need you to narrow down your parameters. Both Nair, and Fair (and Bair and Uair and Dair) all are extremely good in their appropriate situations. Learning when and how to use them is more important than trying to figure out which is better.

Also, by that logic, I could say that a move is better if it's situation arises more frequently in general combat, in which case I would say Fair is DEFINITELY Marth's best aerial.

Sounds like something I'd never do anything with.
