Is it just me, or did rest get buffed? I'm resting a training dummy and the flower's stuck on its head till 57% I remember it use to be 20% for the rest, + 20% for the flower, but now I'm doing 20% for the rest and 37% for the flower...

Yea I meant his side B. I havent actually ever used Sonic, so I just know they charge something up and roll at me at some crazy speed and follow up with too many attacks. Sing works if the ball stays on the ground, but Sonic usually flies upwards into a Uair, then into B up then into another...

I cant catch sonic for the life of me with Jigglypuff. He rolls up and charges at me. If he misses, he's outside my range and can easily do a follow up attack. I can't find any openings at all. Using other characters, I can use some ranged attacks to put pressure on him, but Jiggly has none of...

Its an annoying match up yea, but all I can say is dodge projectiles and look for openings. Don't use air dodge if you can, just dodge by jumping the appropriate height in order to evade the projectile and punish the shooter. Get them before they can use their A attacks.

Yea, but most of his hitboxes only hit sideways. If the foe is right in my face, my attacks seem to miss.

How is this performed?

Against predictable foes, I usually air dodge into their aerial and then rest. Not really a combo, but works decently well
