I think when they were coming up with ideas for smash bros it was obviously for the home console, but when development actually started and the 3ds sold so well nintendo seen a "cash-grab" opportunity and wanted a version for that as well... Sakurai seems like he didn't want to half-heartedly...

I always find myself accidentally using rollout and she rolls back and forth or accidentally using sing (which does nothing) it's hard to use her as a main because she has a lot of downfalls unlike most characters where u accidentally hit a button they have a quick attack. Jigglypuffs last too...

I love Jigglypuffs Rollout and Pound. They are my go-to moves in brawl. I'm not sure how anyone else would be able to play her without these.
