I can tell you that it does count for me. I used to play with Samus in Melee and change my mind when I saw how they changed her for Brawl. Wow ! This is one of the coolest combo video I've seen for brawl.

It seems to me that Fox follow the last arrow line when doing the Forward B move. What make me believe that it's an arrow kill by Pit. Someone should try to see if Fox always follow those arrow lines when doing the Forward B move...

It seems like a good challenge, I would also like to see Ganondorf do it. Anyone willing to make that video ? lol
