I met all the criteria, and I didn't get any codes. /wrists. Whatever, 3 weeks isn't the end of the world, I'll probably just skip the demo at this point(cause it'll be 2 weeks by then) so the game feels completely fresh to me. Best of luck to you others still hoping for codes.
