Again I stress that we need to look at sets rather than matches. It doesn't take skill out. If anythibn it adds more because you can't just play one character. In starcraft, 4 zerglings against 1 tank is un winnable for the lings. So u don't ban tanks instead you send a muta and u win. Derp.

so what about the rest of the community that can think objectively and not hold a bias? Are you claiming everyone on SWF isn't concerned with the greater good of the game? If you cast a poll right now on what people wanted banned, I doubt that everyone would ban something as ridiculous as Snakes...

but dont the BBR make decisions for us, mass of smashers? A community vote is still good to help convince them.

SuSa i get the feeling you think that every TO is a complete dumb@$$. like. at most tournies people know what smashers expect and wont do something ridiculous like legalize rumble falls. Otherwise theyd never get people to come to their tournies.

You might think that planking is only an issue for one character but in reality it detracts from the whole game. Timing out wins for that matter are a problem too. Brawl is a FIGHTING game not a hityourenemyandrunaway game. It drags out games longer than they should and makes the skill cap...

fair enough. The thing is, if a TO doesn't know what planking is then they probly would never know the TO discretion rule. Also, no offense, but i thnk too that they shouldnt be hosting tournies if they dont know that either. Like, not gunna lie, any top rated smasher or TO is gunna know...

sorry i gotta say this: That and u could only build zealots, zerglings, and marines. XD In all seriousness though, i think the best way to look at his book is that although its mostly about SF we can take a lot out of it and apply it to smash.
