When i record a video it's a .rec file. Then i go to utilities and record and go to rec2avi and compress it with Microsoft MPEG-4 VKI Codec V1/V2/V3. But when it's finished i watch the video and the video is blank, white. But i can hear the sound just not the video. HELP ME!

Well it's not really that you missed a step. Sometimes the bombs go off in the wrong areas. You just have to be lucky.
