For starters, I'll post the links to reference you if you haven't seen it yet.
Gliding Toss - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7sP_pzAggQ
(only have a peach vid on main new discovery thread =()

(edit - ZSS' glide toss moves her much further and faster, try it out for yourself; it is really nice) (double edit- atleast it seems farther and faster)
Wavebounce/bsticking -

(zamus part starts at 3:25)

Okay, her gliding toss with the suit parts is amazing. She moves fast and far, I'm sure a lot of you have seen it and I know this isn't new information (if not, directions are in the youtube vid's description). For me, I usually only trouble with people who can spam projectiles fast and often. Her glide is a nice approach at the start of the game which catches them off guard, but I wanted to go a little deeper than that. At low percentages, (when you have the parts), you can glide toss and follow that up while you still have the forward momentum into a grab. I tested it on marth when he was at 10% and it worked, I am sure for most characters aslong as their percent isn't too high, your momentum in the glide will allow you to grab them after the item hits.

As for wavebouncing - I think it will allow her game to grow as people will need to space against either the regular side B, or the bounce side B. Just a simple mind game, but I think it is fantastic. Should be simple enough to see why its good when wavebouncing the short hop side B.

I know a video of the glide toss into grab would be helpful, but I do not have a dvd recorder or any of the sort, it is real simple to do the glide toss, after just follow up with a grab. I believe I was shield grabbing everytime I did it, so test it out. Love to hear if you guys think these are viable techniques for our ZSS~ With more testing on glide toss -> grab, I am pretty sure it works on everyone at low percentages (when you have the parts, again) before I only tested it on Marth, but worked with Ike and Snake.

Wavebouncing is really the only way to deal with Wolf - You have to jump at him to bait him to release his fsmash and then wavebounce back with your bside to send him flying.

It seems to me, actually, that if the opponent is somebody with high priority, you'll have to wavebounce the sideb to bait frequently to create an opening to combo.

With a couple extra hours, the glide throw definitely can be used. Before more matches, I was thinking at worst, they could shield, but they'll be caught in the grab. Then I remember spot dodging. The fact was, with the right spacing, they can spot dodge the glide thrown suit piece, but they will get caught in a grab immediately afterwards.

Falco and Pit can still be spamming their projectiles at you, I guess, but everyone else I guess they can float in the air letting you upair them later? If they just short hop, the piece should hit them.

Kawaii, if you're insinuating that it takes hours to practice the gliding toss, then you're wrong. Otherwise, I'm sorry I read your statement wrong. The gliding toss takes only a few tries to get it down. In general, it's useful when you want to get close to your opponent with your armor pieces from one end of the stage to the other. Close range, pretty useless, since you risk sliding past them or suffering a hit. I've found that at certain distances (dunno at the top of my head) you can do a gliding toss and then immediately dodge backwards and pick up the ricocheted piece and do another gliding toss.

I probably won't incorporate b-sticking into my Zamus because I tend to pillar more than anything, and it just feels awkward.

Chillin performs a few glide-tosses against Azen in some online matches. 17 seconds, he combo's a glide toss into a dash and neut A.
