Masked Man AKA Claus/Crono (character; I couldn't decide ><)
Devil's Machine (stage;final level of EarthBound/MOTHER2)
Ninja Saturn (item/assist trohpy;A Mr Saturn with a red bandana from MOTHER3)

-Crono, by far.
-Kingdom of Zeal. You could have the blackbird and Dalton flying around and randomly shooting at you (like Corneria) and the stage could crash into the ocean like it does in the game.
-I liked the idea of the exploding fake smash ball too.

Item: ok, this one is a stretch... you pick up an ocarina, that automatically starts playing the song of storms; a lightning storm ensues, striking several places on stage randomly, potentially hitting other combatants.
