We're all smashers here, right? Well, I'll bet we've all had that moment in smash where you make a huge achievement. You know, where you get that sense of pure accomplishment. XD. You've been trying to beat your friends high score, and you've done it. Maybe you have even defeated a hard boss.

So when did you get that "YAS' moment?

When you feel like this?

When I 3-stocked my friend who was using Zero Suit Samus and I was using Ike. I didn't expect for it to happen, but it did.

Spiking with the Fair of Mario in a crucial moment and perfectly edge guarding with Dr.Mario. God, it's so good to do those two moves. I'm generally like this after I've did those two things :

Whenever I successfully shine-spike someone.
Whenever I dunk with Ganon.
Whenever I land a rest.
Whenever I land a Falcon Punch.
Whenever I land a Warlock Punch.
Whenever I successfully jab reset.
Whenever I combo with Donkey Kong.
Whenever I win.

You might think I'm easy to satisfy, but really I just suck at smash. ;)

And all the times I spike the crap out of anyone

I was a stock down in Melee, I was playing the rat with electricity and my friend was playing the racer driver dude.

My friend said to me " Man, Falcon can do some sick stuff with the falcon punch, what can Pikachu do?"

I proceeded to get 3 uairs, took him of stage with an nair, and got the blue thunder hitbox off. I have never been able to do it again XD.

My greatest moment so far, was beating three Level 9 CPU opponents on Smash 64 all in one match. It doesn't sound like much, but it was a long time ago and I felt like it was rewarding.

my second and fourteenth wombo combos were pretty yas

no. but I feel a lot of satisfaction in getting just the stupidest kills I possibly can, whether it's using only Rest to kill, grabbing an enemy Villager's tree and killing them with it, or dropping bowling balls off the side of the stage to hit enemies even if their death is already inevitable.

Successfully having the Living Room stage chosen, too.

Whenever I do a correct read with a move that has a narrow hitbox, managing to gimp or outright KO an opponent who's already off stage. Double points when I'm Shulk or Robin.

Spiking off stage with ZSS's down b without missing the attack and failing to recover. I have a video of it, if I can link it I will.

There are two times in my SSB4 history which I feel are suitable "YAS" moments. First one was when I was playing Dr Mario against the Villager, and I reversed his tree with my cape so that it KO'd him and helped me win a super tense game xD the utter hilarity of it made me feel amazing!

The second time was playing Captain Falcon vs ROB. I always have trouble in this matchup, and this guy was certainly giving me some difficulty, until I got that amazing Knee of Justice on him, sending him flying offstage, as he tried to jump back, the Knee of Justice connected a second time, finishing him off and winning me the best match of my life! :p Goooooood times...

I literally 5 minutes ago reflected a Villagers tree with Falcos down b and hit the Villager with the tree and won the match from it
I yelled quite loudly

Update to my current best YAS moment (Today):

I was against a Rollout heavy Puff while playing Shulk. Predictable but annoying, managed to get their stock while only having 30% damage. Then on their final stock I Vision'd instead of Dair spiking when they were charging Rollout offstage.

Vision missed and I thought I was a goner. Puff then proceeds to BARELY miss landing the stage and plummet to her doom.

I laughed harder than I should while Shulk proclaimed the Monado's power. Saved that replay instantly.

Beating Event 50 The Master Hand and Crazy Hand challenge when I was like 9.

It was my crowning moment of video games in general.

I never get that sense of accomplishment anymore.
