Young Characters Get The Boot?

This is just a little thing I noticed, I hope this is new info and nobody has already called this out yet but...

Only Young Characters Seem to get kicked off the list... probably just a coincidence but...

Confirmed Age:

Young Link (10 Years Old)
Pokemon Trainer (11 Years Old)
Lucas (12 Years Old)
Roy (15 Years Old)
Wolf (38 Years Old)
Solid Snake (42 Years Old) But Snake was kicked due to problems with Konami.

Unconfirmed Age:

Pichu (Known as one of the Baby Pokemon)
Squirtle and Ivysaur (Both Non-Fully Evolved, meaning they must still be both fairly young)
Ice Climbers - Age Unknown, but logical guess would be 10-12 Years Old

Plus, both of the older characters from Melee returned in Smash 4, Dr. Mario and Mewtwo.

The only character that breaks the chain is Wolf, (Solid Snake doesn't count) so perhaps maybe be could see him in the future as DLC.

Of course, this probably means nothing but it was just something interesting that I thought I would show everybody.

I hope nobody already noticed this....

Lucina, Villager, Dark Pit and Little Mac seem to be doing okay.
