this is a cool technique with snakes down b. You preform this on an opponent (preferably of high damage) by using snakes down "throw" which puts them on the ground in conjunction with his down be. if timed right snake will execute his down throw and then sort of jump away in a weird way when he uses down b. the mine will then be stuck to the person's head and acts like a sticky bomb item. This can be a great mind game because it is a subtle trick and, if unnotice by the opponent, at high damage they can be ko'ed out of no where when you decide to detonate it.
