You can report people, but what do we report them for?

I can't believe I only just found out about being able to report people, I feel pretty dumb. But I what exactly do I report them for? I understand these:

Being idle
Only targeting one player
Quitting (although the punishment automatically happens)

Is avoiding everyone reportable? And what is cheating and greifing in this game?

Edit: still interested in what people consider report worthy.

So is this just you letting people know somthing they already knew or are you serious about somthing that doesn't exist?
