I was just thinking how sweet it'd be if you used a pivot uptilt to combo from fthrow at low % with falcon instead of run usmash or fair. No idea if this works or not.

the throw would send them too high and the utilt would miss

implicit in my post was the (main) question of whether that combo setup would lead to anything.
fthrow on the heavier characters from 0% or near it definitely won't send them too high for utilt. I just don't know if the timing works out/if any followups are viable.
