Yoshi Upthrow?

I was just fighting a yoshi on netplay when i realized i kept uptilting or upsmashing everytime i upthrew yoshi instead of my desired upair. So at low percent does it just not work, and if so does it start to work again in high percent or does armor negate that anyway?

If you're up smashing, you are most likely not waiting for the full throw animation to finish. Fox's up throw timing is weight dependent, and yoshi is surprisingly heavy (between captain falcon and ganondorf). I tested it a little bit and I don't think upthrow up air true combos, but you can still hit them if they don't jump.
