Yoshi should be higher on the Tier list

Because aMSa's showing of how capable he is as a character has only been taking place over the last year. The most current tier list was made shortly before or at the start of his rise, so they didn't really consider his performance while making it. Whenever this year's comes out (idk when) he'll probably be bumped up several spots.
