I use to do that sometimes, just for fun, and to piss off my oponent...

But anyway, I think is better kill them without loosing a single stock for superiority.

The only time I would consider sacrificing a stock is if I'm at a really high percentage and I'll just die after getting hit once.

Also, combos where you continually hit them off the screen farther and farther, like with Jiggs or Pika can be amusing. Just whack them until they die off the side of the screen, wall of pain style. Who cares if you don't recover? It was awesome.
