Yoshi Confusion

I would've posted in all the other Yoshi threads but they were all closed by Mic_128 because they were saying what he thought to be obvious.

But on the contrary, why does this info necessarily confirm Yoshi? I mean the stage and icon are a big deal, but couldn't one argue that the words UNconfirm him?

I mean

Why would the fairness of Yoshi's voice being included be questionable? How is hinting towards a character unfair? We love character hints. When you look at the last 2 sentences together, doesn't it sound like they're questioning the fairness b/c he's not returning, thus "it's enough to make a guy cry at the end'?

Am I the only one that sees how can this statement could imply his doom?

Don't get me wrong, I think there's a good chance he's returning, and the icon helps reaffirm that, but there's gotta be someone else who listened to the song, rejoiced at the hint towards Yoshi's return, and the looked below the mp3 and saw that the fairness of his voice being included be questioned, suggesting that its unfair because its misleading us to believe he's returning

No, you are just looking into it way too much. Sakurai is stating, in somewhat butchered English, that Yoshi's voice is too sad to be allowed basically. Which is kinda dumb, as there is nothing sad about that rendition of the music. He made it all upbeat and the Yoshi voice less solemn...

But you know as well as I do that Yoshi has no chance of being cut and that the stage and this piece of music is all more unneeded confimation...

The uncomfortably translated words don't mean anything other than the fact he has yet to be officiallt confirmed, but having a stage, music and hisicpon shown are a dead givaway, not including the fact that Yoshi is a huge Nintendo character.

And I closed them because there's ALREADY a Yoshi topic ,and there's ALREADY a topic about the daily updates, not because it's freaking obvious, that's just a minor point.
