Yeah, it seems some miracle has happened. Play-Asia as stated they will be getting restocks as early as February 5th--as opposed to mid-February.

That's one problem somewhat fixed, just need confirmation on someone who's managed to get Brawl to work on a modded Wii.

mine shipped too, two days ago, and I don't know what kinda route they're taking. It started in Hong Kong for a full day... then goes to Anchorage, Alaska!??? Then goes to Korea.... and now on departure to Louisiana.... why Louisiana, I don't know, I don't live there.

Hoping to get my order by this coming Monday.... What kind of shippping did you choose, I picked the UPS 1-3 days. Maybe I should have picked that EMS or FedEX...

Wiikey doesn't work right now.

Brawl's update allows the wii to read dual-layered disks (brawl is the first).

When wiikey figures out how to get you that update w/out bricking, then sure, you can play it.

You might have to wait a week though.

Awesome news, dude!!! I just got mine a little bit ago. I know a girl who is into Japanese videogames/anime/figurines/cardgames/culture. She's into the whole import business and was able to fetch me a copy.

She's works at an arcade down the street and is charging $20/hour ($5 per player if 4 are playing) at the arcade.

Except, I don't have a japanese wii, so she's gonna call me or my friend tomorrow morning to go and pick one up. SICK! I can't wait! This weekend will be well worth the looooong wait!
