Yay or Nay: Aerial Smash Attacks

I think it would add some depth to the game, don't you think? Of course in general they would not be as powerful as their ground counterparts except for some characters.

For example I think Captain Falcon's Knee of Death would make an excellent aerial smash attack.

might be too powerful. just send someone flying and jump into their direction and do a smash attack.

I've discussed this with my friends and they all think it'd be pretty cool, like: punching Mario off the edge with Falcon, do a full jump towards him while charging your Stomp, then release it for extreme ''spine breaks and head goes into chest''....the thought of it is nice, but it would be too powerfull

Probably won't happen. Most aerial attacks are powerful enough anyway.

I don't think aerial smash attacks will be in though, it would give a strong advantage for characters such as Meta Knight and Pit, as they can fly and multi jump.

No. I don't think it would add anything to SSBB. It's at least a better idea than aerial grabs though. I'll give ya that.
