x_x Passing the file size limit (software request)

if anyone knows how to code I have a request
more an idea really
its simple

A program that reads the file size of a file (in real time)
then compares it to the original brawl file [static] built-in variable

than displays the comparison in percentage [a float] 97.26%
in fact, I think an array with custom entered file limits in a config file would work too

can't say I didn't try, just don't have the skills
