So you think becauswe you don't know to read the update, Sakurai is changing the definition of english words, all to surprise us with Ness even though he's gone?

He means the old systems of handicaps.. Read the sentence right after the sentence that says "until now".

The two choices you are presenting are either A) Sakurais got rid of handicaps which he obviously didn't, or B) Whenever Saurais says "untl now" it means he confirming a clone.

Well it was nothing really at all Ness fans or anyhting, but it just rmeinds me a week ago when most of them thought that Sakurai saying Ness wasn't going to be in Brawl still meant he was going to be.

I have a feeling this thread was made to make any of the terrorists that were still flaming Ness be quiet and make them realize that they were wrong. this doesnt prove Ness is in, it just proves that he isnt out quite yet.

I will quote a point Darkfur made in an exact thread I had to close today in the Character Discussion room that was just like this.

It's almost like the average Christian picking and choosing excerpts from the Bible to live by instead of taking the whole thing in.

The up until now part was referring to the handicap he'd included in the previous smashes. He goes on to say a very important few words.

"But, I began to think that there isn’t much thrill in just making yourself weaker, so I changed the system."

The until now means the same thing. The handicap has been changed to a percentage based system, and Ness has been changed to Lucas.

No Ness-hope-rejuvenation.
