So I went to a pretty meh tournament for brawl today and won. It wasn't like the best players, but winning is a really nice feeling. Went Zero suit basically the entire way through and no one knew how to deal with her!
It was double elimination best of 3's with a strange ruleset, but nothing too obscure.

First round is double blind, second round winner picks then loser picks, final round was double blind again on final destination.
You had to pick random stages the first two rounds though.
All in all, It was a weird ruleset but I met some pretty decent players and made a couple friends. Winning wasn't bad either (even though I only won 15 dollars and a shirt).
