Wobbuffet, the patience pokemon, has just lost his patience and joined the brawl cast. He can counter anything that you throw at him... literally. His Final Smash is the same as the last Final smash used before his.

Encoring Fireball (Mario)= Same Equivilent of Fox's Blaster repeating (getting stuck) from the N64 game.

Mirror Coat+ Any Projectile FS= Cheap

Counter+Any Smash Move= Also cheap, since it isnt the regular counter we used in Melee.

Need I say more?

yeah he has literally a 0% chance of entering.

There are hundreds upon hundreds of pokemon. The only way that one will be able to enter brawl is if it has set itself apart from all other pokemon by actually having an identity. Mewtwo jigglypuff and pikachu all did this (jigglypuff less than the others, but she's been in every SSB so I'll bet she's still in, which is great because she's my main)

Anyway, for other pokemon to do this, TR meowth is the only likely one that comes to mind, though apparently lucario has a chance too.

and is there any god reason that this can't go in the official pokemon thread?

Mmm. I don't see why Wobbuffet is the worst character suggestion 'ever'.

C'mon, if your looking for a joke Pokemon, you got one. Wobbuffet also plays an important role in the Anime, as Team Rockets pokemon that appears in awkward situations.

But yeh I guess he does have low chances.. we're not gonna get a pokemon well known from the anime are we?

Wobbuffet can't even fight. It has to use Counter to retaliate moves. Talk about cheap.

It's not like all the fighters on the melee rosters were born 'fighters'

Look at peach, yet she is high tier.

Heres a moveset: ( Keep in mind, Wobbuffet can only learn about 5 moves in the pokemon games, lol.

B; Mirror Coat - Reflects projectiles.

vB; Counter - Reflects physical and disjointed hitbox attacks.

<B>; Encore - Wobbuffet starts clapping and about 3x the range of Purin's ^B, anyone caught in the Encore can only do the A and B move they last did for about 20 seconds. ( Which could be good for say, stopping recoverys? )

^B; Destiny Bond - Wobbuffect turns dark and freezes in place ( Including in the air ) and a dark hand appears, the user controls the hand and can either 1. grab a ledge which will bring Wob to it (Limited Range) or 2. Grab an opponent. ( Think of it like this, theres a rope tied around Wob and Fox, Wob starts falling and Fox is forced to drop down with him )
