WinRAR software error, please help?

WinRAR software after installation using the right mouse menu, the menu function in mice but appears to have no effect when clicking.

Right now I can not Extract files from the shortcut menu, I had to reinstall Winrar and this phenomenon has happens. I have tried using 7zip software but not overcome.
