Okay, I'm gonna be super serial right now. I think Young Link should be super overhauled (moves, characteristics, design in general) to the Wind Waker style. It's really that simple. And it'd be excellent. But of course you wouldn't believe me without some proper convincing, reasoning, and other crap. So here goes.

First the pros and cons of this massive overhaul.

PROS
* A large, new and well loved yet depreciated section of Legend of Zelda would be represented
* Getting rid of a clone while adding in a new character in one movement
* The wealth of new attack options, taking new and original weapons from the Wind Waker, Minish Cap and Four Swords games, would give him an entirely original and unique moveset.
* The little dude is just fun to watch do stuff and fun to play as. Imagine taking on Snake with this version ("Colonel, what is that...a cartoon or something?" "Snake, this is the successor of the Hero of Time, a Young Link, per say. He defeated the mighty dark wizard Ganondorf, so be cautious." "To be honest, Looney Toons look more threatening than this kid..." etc.)
* C'mon, it'd be totally awesome (PROTIP: Not an actual reason)

CONS
* Fans of the original Young Link might be disheartened/frustrated/bemused by this change, for one reason or another.
* People might not play as him simply because of his cartoon-esqe-ness.
* Rather unlikely this'd happen in the first place. But F*** IT, I'm doing it anyways.

Now then, onto the changes...

CHARACTERISTICS
*Height: Shorten him. I'd say about Pikachu or Ness' heights, if not a little bigger.
*Weight: Lightweight to be sure. Look at him.
*Design: Look like Wind Waker Link, with alternate costumes of his four different Four Swords colors, and a costume of his Outset Island clothes.
*Jump/Falling: Shorter jumping (first jump), Normal DJ height, and is mid falling
*Running: Faster than Link, slower than Roy
*Attack Speed: Faster than Roy, slower than Marth

B MOVES
*Neutral B: Gust Jar - Sucks up enemies/items, then, when B is released, launches them away depending on duration of B held down. 1-3%
*Side B: Skull Hammer - SMASH 'EM WITH A HAMMAH!! >:D 15% (Slow wind up, but painful knockback)
*Up B: Deku Leaf - Float upwards with a huge leaf in the air, becomes a blast of wind on the ground. 2-3% in air, 5-6% on ground (big slideback on their part)
*Down B: Iron Boots - When you put them on, your weight is doubled, you're harder to knock away (weaker attacks don't faze you), and it can be used as a spike in the air. However, your jump is nonexistant, and you are very slow walking/running. 10% spike

A MOVES
*Neutral A - A slash. In a combo, is the normal combo in WW. 2-2-4-6%
*Side Tilt A - A stab. Fast, and decent knockback. 12%
*Down Tilt A - A slash at the legs. Launches them up a bit, but mostly just drops them. 6%
*Up Tilt A - An upwards slash. Good for juggling. 8%
*SMASH Side A - A vertical slash with both hands on the hilt. 8-15%
*SMASH Down A - A low spinning slash that covers both sides. 9-17%
*SMASH Up A - An upward slam with his Shield. Didn't see that coming, didja? 6-14%

Dash - Pegasus Boots
Dash A - The sword is held out. 4%

AERIALS
*Neutral A - A Sex Kick. What more to say? 10%(beginning)-5%(ending)
*Forward A - A heavy downwards slash with both hands on the hilt. Can Meteor Smash. 10-13%
*Back A - A swing of the Ol' Skull Hammah. 8%
*Down A - A big spinning...twack?...with the Hammah 4% each hit (4 hits).
*Up A - A backflip kick. Yeah that's right, a backflip kick. Why? Because he can do a backflip, and if you can do a backflip, it's not that hard to do a kick while flipping. 5%

THROWS
*Neutral A Attack- Headbutt. 2%
*Forward - A smack with the Shield. 6%
*Backward - Turnaround throw. Basic. 7%
*Up - Light toss, then a blast of wind from the Deku Leaf. 3%
*Down - Stomp by the Boots. 8%

Taunts: Drinking a jar of ChuChu Juice or whatever the hell that stuff is; That weird little dance when he beats a boss in Wind Waker; The Da-da-da-DAAAA spin then pose (with the sound effect to go along with it. :D)

FINAL SMASH
Ugh...this ones hard...I have 3 ideas for this...

*IDEA 1: Ballad of Gales - Y. Link pulls out the Wind waker, does the song, and a massive cyclone appears, sucking up and causing massive damage to all enemies. PWN'D (Personal Favorite)
*IDEA 2: Hurricane Slash - Y. Link charges up for a second, and then proceeds to spin around and slash like crazy, doing loads of knockback. Will fall off stage if not careful...
*IDEA 3: Four Sword! - Y. Link raises his sword, and splits into 4 Links, one you control, and the others attack your enemies like crazy. AWESOMESAUSE :D.

So...there you have it...a full on overhaul of Young Link into the Wind Waker style...It's, like, 2 AM now...I'm tired...
