Some people from my scene go to William and Mary. They have a pretty decent scene there. I heard them over talking one day and iirc they said there's a Smash Club that meets up every Friday around 2pm or 3 pm (this is all from memory, so take my advice with a grain of salt). Do some more research online and once you move in look around and ask around for W&M Smash!
