Will wario be able to return

I just noticed in this pic

that wario flies up in the air when using the wario waft. Does that meen that he can use this technique to return when hes been knocked off?P.Ssorry for any spelling mistakes.

Well probably but the developers wouldn't want it to be THAT high

Guess it'll be like Luigi's >B.
You use it to come closer to the stage and use your Up-B.
Only exeption is,that it looks like you have to hold Down-B for some seconds.

But he has to use it sparingly, because you have to wait for it charge again (like a shield).
