Will the .gct file in PM work for Brawl?

Hey so, I can not find a .gct file for BRAWL (not PM), and so I was wondering if I could take the one out of PM. What I want to do is replace black Marth with the Belmont Marth on this page: http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=46622.0 Yet again, I want to replace the skin for Brawl. I know where to put the skin and what folders to create and stuff, but I just want to know if I can use the .gct file from PM for Brawl texture hacking (for characters). Thanks!!!

You won't "find" a .gct for brawl, because it doesn't need one (unless of course it's from someone's build or something). You'd need to compile one yourself with the "File Patch Code," along with having the correct folder layout. P:M's .gct won't help you, because it'll still change many aspects of the game.
