Will SSB4 have 2v2 & Leader-boards?

I can pretty much guarantee no. During E3 Sakurai came out with saying he is avoiding leader boards so I don't see a 2vs2 leader board getting any special treatment.
But I am expecting leader boards of some form, just not most wins or anything like we really want.

No, but even a ranking system would be nice. Because after I'm decent in Smash, I'd like to play people my level, not way above or below.

I don't think that there will be Leader-boards. Maybe to record and save records for Break the Targets and Home-Run Contest and show them to the world, but a not Win-Lose ratio sort of thing.
2v2 yes. They had that in Brawl.
Leader-boards... as much as I want it, I would be surprised if they actually added it. (In the way your talking about). I doubt this will happen either, but I would like some kinda name system where you can create a name for yourself so when you face people online they will see it... just like Halo or COD. (even tho I dont even play those games, I know they're in there)

Seriously doubt leaderboards, but 2v2 was in Brawl...as randoms only, unfortunately. Hopefully we can invite friends to play with us this time.

I am actually going to have to go against the common opinion. I think it is just about time Smash did get leader-boards. As for 2 v 2? I don't think I understand the question. We have had 2 v 2 since the 64 Smash. So I am pretty sure it is going to return.
