I have a japanese wii thats homebrewed, and I've been trying to see if i can put a pm iso onto it. My friend said you cant do it on a japanese wii, but he said he wasnt 100% sure.

Will PM ISO work on japanese wii?

Yes, it will work. Once you have homebrew and the proper cIOSes installed, region locking is no longer an issue.
