WiiU GC Adapter for PC troubleshooting

Hi! On windows 8, just calibrated running as administrator, windows 7 blah blah blah. I set it up in dolphin, and all of the buttons work except the things I calibrated. So the analog, c-stick, and triggers dont work. They just dont register. Any ideas?
