I'm probably the only one in the world who uses the Wii-Motes for Project: M. You will probably say "Why don't you just go out and buy a GCN Controller/Classic Controller Pro?" The answer is that I only have a Wii U and i'm dirt cheap. Another reason is because I only use Project: M for casual play, and I'm streets ahead better than my friends at Smash. To the point they usually don't want to play Smash with me. Anyway, I'll show you my so far list of problems:

  1. Weird lag when pushing down. For some reason it takes half a second to crouch, and you need exact timing to use Down Specials or it will be a Neutral Special.
  2. Unable to walk or crawl. Pushing right instantly dashes, unlike Brawl in which you need to double tap to run. Sure it allows for dash dancing, but it makes me unable to crawl as Snake or to do F-Tilts regularly.
Sorry for complaining if this cannot be fixed in any way, but it bugs me a bit. As I said I cannot go get a GCN controller since I own a Wii U and I don't own any Classic Controller Pros.

Would you be opposed to buying a Nunchuck attachment? At least that will let you use an analog stick.

As for your problems with the Wii remote, I can't really help :( never tried it (I also don't play on a Wii U, so that might be different).

Also streets ahead :chuckle:

If you don't know it your Streets Behind, thanks for trying. Nunchuck is just horrible all around, the worst way of control for SSBB entirely. I'll just deal with it then.
