I juast checked it is FAT no 32 and I don't know how to know if I got PAL or NTSC. I got my copy at walmart, and it is: st_080805_0933Do you have the Smash Stack file? (/private/wii/app/RSBE/st/st_<some numbers>.bin)
Is your SD card formatted properly (as FAT32)? (right click the SD card > Properties > File system: FAT32)
Are you using a PAL or NTSC copy of Brawl?
Does your SD card work with other Wii software?
just got it working, but.. how do i get wi fi working? XDwell Walmart is enough for me to assume your copy is indeed NTSC (North America, PAL = Europe + Australasia. Walmart doesn't exist this side of the pond. if you're still not sure, the back of the box will usually have a message saying "For use with the <region> version of the Wii only").
Does the Wii recognise the SD card at all? If you insert it at the Wii Menu, does the SD Card Menu button light up?
Also check your SD card against, it may be incompatible with the Wii.
umm i don't think i know how to do thzat, it's not giving me the optionRead the post. he says "change .zip to .gct". I dunno why he didn't just upload it as .gct instead of .zip, but that's his prerogative.
Alright did everything you said, it was changed, and fixed thanks man! or.. m'amah yes, that's disabled in Windows by default.
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Folder Options > View > uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types"
You can now change the .zip to .gct.
You should have this setting off anyway, it makes it easier to spot potentially fraudulent/virulent files.
