Wii maybe bricked?

Let me give a bit of backstory

A few weeks ago, I dropped my Wii about 2 feet onto its side. It wouldn't boot up for the rest of the day, but the next day it was functioning again. So I played on.

About a week ago I tried to turn on my Wii and it failed to boot. The power light would change, but nothing would display. It's still like this. I tried unplugging it for a few hours, I tried testing the connectors on the TV, I tried SaveMiiFrii with both a wavebird and a Nintendo-manufactured controller. I didn't drop it again or make any software changes the day before it broke. The only option I can think of is maybe the component cables are broken. If SaveMiiFrii doesn't work, is it really bricked? Or is it a hardware thing?

tl;dr: dropped wii, few weeks later wii won't boot, tried savemiifrii, connectors, unplugging

What are some options to consider?

Electronics dont always show signs of failure right away. From what I understand, you believe since it booted just fine afterwards, then the fall shouldn't be the cause, but thats not true. I feel the fall was very much the cause. Try opening her up and chacking to make sure all wires inside are secure, and that nothing is out of place. Be sure to ground yourself before touching anything, and most of all Dont lose screws :p, but otherwise, Id have to say its probably a vegetable now. You have to treat your electronics like your child.
Moral of the story, you're a bad parent :p

;-;

I suppose there's not much to lose in opening it. The warranty expired like 6 years ago.
