Smash Wii U Wii LAN Adapter vs. Wifi

So has anyone tried comparing how online gameplay runs on wifi vs using a Wii Lan Adapter? I am debating on buying one but an unsure if it really makes a significant difference. (I have pretty solid wifi)

Also, if it is a must, is there a difference for which one i buy? I have two options here and hopefully if someone could help me out on which one i should buy, that would be fantastic!
