Wii classic pro controller in tournaments?

Is it legal to use the wii (not wii u) classic pro controllers in smash 4 tournaments?

Sure. It's up to discretion of the TO, but there's really no reason to ban certain controllers. Locally, we had one player use (and with a few games with) a guitar from guitar hero.

It's legal to use, but just remember to desync your controller from the station if you're not playing as it can cause issues for other players
