There will be no twitch stream unless there is someone who can host the lobby with a stream-capable 3ds. however i would prefer people to record (Anything with a camera can be used to record gameplay) to avoid disputes and to be uploaded to YouTube.

You might want to put in the OP the time of the tourney. Also, what happens when the time limit is up? Is it sudden death, or whoever had less %? I'm just curious since I can definitely see 5 minutes not being enough for certain characters ( and come to mind)

Also, how many participants? I want to enter, but I'll wait until these details are revealed.
