WiFi Waiting Room and other Stages on SSS

I know how to add the WiFi Waiting Room to my SSS using Custom Stages, but is there any code that just adds an icon to my SSS that loads the in-game WiFi Waiting Room? One that would work over online play? I believe I have encountered something similar done with the first Target Test stage, so I assume this is also possible.

I also realize that I will need to edit my Common5.pac file in order to display the icon correctly, so could someone explain to me what I would need to name the icon and preview and all?
