Wifi? updates makes PM not work

So, I go to stage builder and the launcher loads. On the top update bar, it displays the messages "loading updates" or something like that. Then, I get a screen with a code dump. It always happens when the updates bar tries to load. It was working two days ago and the day before that, but this just stated to happen yesterday. I have redownloaded PM and everything, but I still got the same result. Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaase help if you know how to.

I'm not sure how to actually solve this but could you try turning wifi off and see if the launcher still crashes?..

I already figured out how, I deleted my wifi settings and now it doesn't try to connect. Thanks for trying to help, though.
