Great video with many of the points I have been arguing here on Smashboards. One thing I do disagree with is the idea of banning Items. Items is a setting, and is "On" by default, the setting is changed to "Off" for established reasons, but Items should not be "banned" if a stronger ruleset is desired. By technicality items are spawned from other sources (such as Diddy Kong's banana), if an out-of-game ruling bands items then Diddy Kong players can logically be called out for violating rules if they use his Down Special. Same idea with banning "customs" when the stronger ruling is to state Custom Fighter is to remain "Off" so technicalities cannot be called on Mii for being or using "customs". But everything else was top notch.
